It is important for me to get to know the wedding couple! Whether it is a phone call or scheduled meeting, I'll take time to get to know you & hear your vision for your big day! During this initial conversation, I will also go over the entire planning process, my Destination Wedding Coordination packages, & any questions you have.

Once I connect with the wedding couple, I will send over a personalized proposal including a list of resorts based on the couples desired location, preferences, and budget. Once a resort is chosen, I will coordinate with the onsite wedding team to secure your wedding date and ceremony/reception locations.

Next step is to create a room block for your wedding guests. This room block will be contracted through my trusted wholesalers in order to get my clients the best rates and amenities available. All contract details will be outlined before signing the contract.

After gathering your guests information, I will put together a "Save The Date" email that will give the guest the resources they need to coordinate their travel plans. In addition, a personalized booking website or form will be set up for guests to book their reservation & easily make payments on their trip.

Our communication and organization through the entire process will make this a stress-free and enjoyable wedding planning experience for both you and your guests.

To keep you in the know at all times, an organized RSVP spreadsheet will be shared with the wedding couple that includes updates on room inventory, important notices, guests room categories, and dates of travel.
